Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.

The salesman took the time to fully explain the car and the options. I had a complete road test that simulated my daily commute on the first day. I returned the next business day to ask a few additional questions concerning another trim level and we took a vehicle of that trim line for a test drive. The decision to purchase and not go to another vehicle brand was made during the second road test. The Dave Fournier, sales and leasing, knowledge was the determining factor.
